Deputy Minister Makwetla responds to the plight of the elderly people and school pupils

The Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Mr Thabang Makwetla, will on Monday (17 June 2012) donate school winter clothes to destitute pupils of Mkhulu Secondary School and Batlagae Primary School and blankets to the elderly people of Doorenkop Old Age Home in Middelburg Municipality, Mpumalanga.

These donations have been made possible by Mpumalanga based businesswoman, Rachel Kalidass.

Deputy Minister Makwetla will be joined by Middleburg Municipality Mayor, Cllr Mike Masina.
